the Barbie movie? Who’s seen it? En femme anyone?

Today I watched HeidiPhox’s YouTube channel and what a surprise!! No spoiler …I’ll just say that if you go to Heidi’s channel, first watch last Friday’s – not yesterday’s – “Happy Phoxy Friday” video. Then enjoy her August 4 video (a very unusual one). The award winning HeidiCD and (shhh) …won’t disappoint!

Has any CDH girl gone to see the Barbie flick, in drab or en femme? Stories to share? I’m considering taking in a night showing, dressed as Connie. Pink, shortsleeve, long dress I have. Red handbag and nail polish, black flats (I’m tall), a white or black (have that) sweater…the outfit has potential. So ladies, who’s gone or plans to go??

Sounds like fun, Connie but I, too, am going to wait until it comes to one of my streaming services.

On the other hand, MI: Dead Reckoning is a must-see on the big screen. The best series entry since Ghost Protocol.

I haven’t seen it.  TBH, I may wait until I can watch it at home.  I’ve read that it’s a decent movie and can’t deny the appeal of cast.  But I’ve never been a huge Barbie fan….and going to watch a 2 hour Barbie movie feels like I’d be watching a 2 hour Mattel commercial.  Maybe I should lose the attitude and see the film for it’s merits.  If I go, I’ll definitely be wearing something girly….maybe even pink!

I saw Barbie a week ago and enjoyed it. I wore a short pink skirt, short sleeve pink top, pink bra & panties and had pink nails.

I would love to go watch the Barbie movie en femme like Heidi and her wife did.  Would the regular crowd tolerate gurls like us if we sat quietly thru the movie? If you go,tell us about your experience.

I think in many places the crowd would ignore you, Kerri.  Most people don’t care.  I would only think twice if I was in a very conservative area.
