‘The talk’ pt 2

Sooooo, in this new personal era of self discovery and attempts at self acceptance I had another opportunity to talk about this part of my being with my s/o. We were on our regular pre brekky jog/walk (~1hr, 6-7000 steps), and she was wondering what we should do first after the lockdown is lifted. (writing this down now it seems like something I dreamt or an out-of-body experience not a real conversation, like many recent happenings in my world)

Weekend trip to Basel by bicycle, tarte flambée in a brewery pub across the border, and I said ‘would you accompany me for a make over?’ ‘What do you mean, for clothes or…’ ‘well’ I said, ‘I went to Sephora a couple of weeks ago for a makeover’ ‘the full works’ ‘What did it look like, did you get a photo?’ ‘No, no photos’ ‘so, foundation and everything?’ ‘Yes, the works’ ‘so, who did it, a guy?’ ‘No, a girl. I’ve been reading a lot about self acceptance and I think this has been part of what I am for a long time’ ‘really?’ ‘Yes. I’m sorry I know this is a lot to digest’

This time in semi lockdown together has been really nice and I want to continue with this conversation soon.

In the meantime I’ve been sneaking in some steals panty wearing

I’m so happy for you that your Talk went well, and I hope your lady will accept your dual makeover date when you can do so again. I’ve been wishing for the same. And I found my makeover to be a big step toward self-acceptance.
