I have a belly I’m 5-7 160. I’m looking into getting a waist cincher to hide my belly. I’m a little lost on what type to buy. I’ve measured my waist. This is where I’m stuck im about a 36 but I where a 34 in pants in male clothing. Do I get a size 34 cincher? I’ve read to have maximum effect you order 2 inches than your actual waist? My budget is about 20-30 bucks

there are several vendors online and few with links on this site..You can do some reasearch by studying the information they offer. Then go to places like Walmart, Target, or Kohls and do some casual recon missions through the women’s departments. When I spot something I make a beeline to the self check out aisle…lol….
have fun,
Mo

I am glad you raised this topic. I am your height and 20 lbs. heavier. I do not mind too much the way my belly looks when I am in men’s wear, but in a dress I look pregnant. Maybe I too should think about getting a girdle or a cincher. I know very little about either of them.

Hello Bella; I bought a Maidenform Flexees Shapes Firm waist cincher (style: W0452). I’m 6’0″ & 170lbs. My male pants size is a 34 or 35, but my dress size is an XL. I went with an XL waist cincher and it definitely flattens the tummy and gives me a curvy feminine figure. Cost was $15.94 + tax. I hope this suggestion helps your dilemma.
