Someone should measure our productivity while dressed. I would guess many of us are more productive, more focused, happier employees when dressed because it is one less restraint on us.

I have worked from home for almost 15 years. Seldom were drab unless someone is coming over

I worked for a company who sent me all over the uk and abroad, the uk office was well over 100 miles from my home so I had a great home office.

Loved it, we had lots of voice calls but no video due to technical reasons I was my femme self in that little office almost 100% As Kay I was way more productive ad efficient, im guessing because I was happier and myself or perhaps it’s the old adage of getting ready for work and dressing properly gives you the correct frame of mind?

The only time I was questioned was when I was in my full office outfit speaking with the uk md and he asked what the clicking noise was my end. Took me a while to work it out, dangly ear rings knocking against phone handsets. Another time I stood up too quickly and fell off my heels reaching for some paperwork. That made a racket but they never knew the full story lol x

I used to wear heels and walk around while on a phone call with my boss. Then I realized one day, could he possibly hear the click-clack (lol)

I do a little freelance audio-visual work which is almost exclusively done at home. When I have such work to do, I always dress as though I were going to work in an office; nice lingerie, Wolford tights, office-appropriate dresses or skirts and blouses, heels, accessories and makeup etc

I dress at home almost all of the time anyway, but I always feel it’s a good thing to dress appropriately for work. Not only does it create a useful work/ leisure demarcation, but it goes a little way to helping fulfil that ‘going to work as a girl’ fantasy. And lets face it, who doesn’t love dressing as a sexy secretary? :)

When COVID started, we were told to work from home. To save bandwidth on the company VPN, we were actually asked NOT to use video. I would dress every day for work.

After a while we started having religious services over zoom. At first I started to just dial in over the phone. But certain parts of the service required a quarum of faces. I would throw a sweatshirt on top of what I was wearing, sometimes removing the breast forms, always removing the wig if I was wearing it. You know the meme of people wearing pajama bottoms with a work top? That wasn’t me; for me it was a skirt! I even discovered that I could hide my breast forms behind a book, particularly if my top was unisex enough.

I still usually work 2 days a week from home, and I try to dress those days if I don’t have to run some errand as my male self.

Unfortunately my job can’t be done from but I do envy the girls that get to dress all day and work from home. I’ve read so many stories about it and im kinda jealous.  Lol. I like the office look and my wardrobe supports that look.  After watching my wife  for so many years getting ready for the office it steered me in that direction. Especially when pantyhose were a must in the office.

      Hi Lea,

I have the option to work from home once or twice a week. Today is one of those days.

Have a collared shirt on, small black skirt, panties, garter and thigh highs on.

Love it and no one knows. :-)
