Yesterday was my 62nd birthday and it was fantastic!!

Yesterday was my 62 Birthday..

It was fantastic!

There was no party or gifts.

I received one obligatory card from my SO.

By all standards of a successful birthday not so notable.

The reason it was fantastic?

Is that I have never in my life felt so good about myself.

My sense of self is so concrete.

I love myself not in an obsessed way.

I love myself in a genuine way of appreciation.

The deep love of understanding myself.

The love of acceptance.

The love of awareness.

The love of mindfulness.

From my friends I was celebrated.

From myself I was cherished.

This was the most wonderful birthday of my entire life.

I wrote this while Journaling this morning.

I also want to share with you all

My “Sisters of the Pink Cloud”

That you all made my birthday feel like home.

You all made me feel celebrate and loved in this community.

I felt so appreciated, accepted and wonderfully cherished.

To everyone here on CDH I send to you my deepest and most sincere love and thanks.

This was by any measure the most wonderful birthday of my life.

What beautiful birthday sentiments Diane….. I am so happy for you on your 62nd. Loving and accepting yourself is key and you seem to have found the way to do that.
