Had a chance to get out for an evening of a bit of relaxed fun. But even when it is a relaxed outing my go-to style is business professional.

My daughter got married last weekend so I’ve been pretty busy. I was dressed in black-and-white, but it was a tux, not this dress. Those in attendance would most definitely not have been impressed if I turned up in the latter (especially the bride and her mother).

crossed legs, a slight twist of the body, a splash of color with accessories, and of course…extra long red nails can bring out your feminine traits. Don’t forget that a tilt of the head adds softness, too

I’m not finding a lot of time to dress at the present time, so I dug into my archives to find something to post. Interesting to see how our look changes a little over time.

Another photo from earlier this year. Still no opportunities to dress for poor little Mona – going on two months now. I’m so jealous of all you gorgeous girls breaking out your pretty spring florals. Hopefully I’ll a chance to dress again soon.
