I've been dressing off and on for a few years now, but it really just clicked recently that this is a part of who I am. I enjoy exploring and learning about myself, and CDH is a wonderful community! I have told my ex, kids, therapist, and a friend, but am still far from out. "My next big step is getting comfortable enough to go out dressed," used to be the last sentence of my bio, but now I can update it! I recently went out for the first time and had a great experience!

Wait. I overdraw my lips and use false eyelashes every time I put on makeup. I never thought of that as being “wild”.
Kendra, you’re one of the lucky ones. When you do up your hair and makeup, you have a very naturally feminine look. Which means even with a mildly “wild” touch-up to your make up, it still doesn’t look like you’ve overdone it. I don’t think your makeup looks flashy at all of this photo. You’ve still got a very natural look.
