...Yes. That's what I felt like wearing this lovely dress from SHEIN. As with last year, I decided to wear a gown. I love it when women wear evening gowns with a slit ending along the thigh, so this is what I opted for again. However, as I am unable to shave much of my upper body, I seek gowns with long sleeves and a relatively high neckline (I would so love to wear a halter top). Last year's gown was awesome, but the neckline was a bit too high. The example I'm wearing here is perfect. In addition, there is this extra fabric that seems to serve to provide a bit of modesty when standing or even sitting, though as you can see in this photo that doesn't seem to hold up to scrutiny. In any case, I loved this bit of fabric as it added a lovely sensation of swishing about when I walked. Regarding this pose, I'm pretty shameless showing leg like that. I recall wearing this dress in my hotel room prior to going to the lobby, looking out the window through the cool, misty afternoon light and thinking to myself: "Holy smokes! I'm all gussied up, in a gown, and ready to go downstairs to experience a fairy tale night." On occasion, and not nearly enough, when I am dressed as Alex I take a moment to reflect on The Now. I rarely dress these days, so Alex is mostly alive in the past and the future, not so much the present. So, when I am dressed, I need to remember to stop and savor the moment, taking it all in as much as I can knowing that soon enough it will be over. It's the same kind of thing I do when vacationing or watching a movie I've been long anticipating. Anything I've been looking forward to deserves this kind of attention. This is an all-time favorite photo, I think. The vibe I get by looking at it is in large part due to serendipitously running into my friend Leanna Thomas. It made me so happy as I haven't seen her in some time. What a pleasure that was! Later, I met up with CDH friends Jill Marshall and Marie Chandler and had a marvelous dinner with conversation. Needless to say, I have many photos of me in this frock. I absolutely loved it. The exuberance I felt during the Keystone event is clearly evident with the number of posts. I post at the risk of over saturation, but I can't help myself. Many thanks to Leanna for taking this fabulous photo of me. Dress: SHEIN Shoes: Bandalino Hosiery: Orublu

I'm a guy. I like women. I like the company of women, I'm married to a woman, and I like to dress up like a woman now and then because it's fun. For me, crossdressing is an art form and an excuse to meet like-minded folks, not the expression of gender dysphoria. I should note that my photos are not doctored up with apps or significantly modified using Photoshop, though I do adjust color, contrast, and that sort of thing. It is important to me that my photos are genuine, with wrinkles, pores, and all. If they aren't genuine, I'm fooling myself and others. I take this art form pretty seriously, so if you don't have much of a profile, no photos, or your photos are obviously fake or heavily photoshopped, I will probably not respond to a friend request. I'm not here to indulge sexual fantasies, talk about fetishes, or discuss what sort of intimates I wear to work (I don't). My hope is to find people who are interested in discussing "The Craft," or the art of crossdressing. I'm also keen to ponder the nature of sexuality and gender, fashion, and makeup techniques. However, I always try to respond to correspondence - we should all help each other out. I enjoy engaging with anyone, frankly! Alexandra, what a stunning dress! Love how your sexy legs are highlighted in this pose – elegant but with a hint of naughty playfulness. Oh, and I got a laugh from your comment: “I post at the risk of over saturation, but I can’t help myself.” You are certainly not alone, especially when you’ve captured of a bunch of outstanding photos of a great outfit like this. When it comes to sharing photos of our gorgeous selves here at CDH, I’d say it’s more like “we can’t help ourselves.”

Alexandra,
Nothing beats a great pair of legs (quoting a commercial).
