you have achieved it and look great
It is a “back in time” moment for sure Angela. And while in general modified backgrounds are not our favorite, “fantasy” ones are kind of ok. Biggest issue is when it is like a huge closet filled with clothes and the person saying that’s their stuff (Just to use one example) or that they are saying “Me at a beach” when you can tell they are not.
Anyway “groovy pants!” 😉
That’s useful feedback, Gabriela. I don’t have any other plans to use modified backgrounds, but if I do, it would be for something whimsical like this photo. I agree that it’s not a good idea to use this technique very often — as I say in the caption, we want to see everyone’s natural beauty.
Oh no!! No need to go that far @Angela Wagner !! Some of us don’t have ANY natural beauty!! 🙂 (I know I don’t at least!! Hahaha!!)
Puh-leeeze, Gabriela. You know that’s not true. I realize you were joking. But come on — no natural beauty? You’ve got tons of it.
Love it! Very creative and fun, Angela. And besides the 70s vibe, there’s also a wee bit of a religious aspect (well for me, anyway) considering it is now Lent. Something about the palms and the levitating makes me go mmm….
A religious aspect you say. Interesting. I must confess that never crossed my mind, but I see where you got that. What I especially like is your theory that I am levitating.
