When I discovered off the shoulder dresses, this one was the second of many I purchased in less than a six month time period! Talk about feeling all kinds of girly! Scarlett 👠

So I went to Venus.com and ordered this white pair I’m wearing and a dark washed blue pair as welll. I think they look great with heels and this rich brown looking roushed top! Have a super Sunday girlfriends and so happy college and pro football is back!
