I love the layered frills/ruffles on the front of this dressy-dress. Actually, I’m not sure if they are properly called frills, ruffles, pleats, tiered frilly layers, ruffly frills, a vertical frilly formation of ruffly pleats?? Help, Gaby.

…can often lead to new outfits. Here, a vintage jacket by Executive Collection (?), a dress by Calvin Klein and my first (and still favorite) block heels by CL (Chinese Laundry) lead to an entirely new look – not to mention the glasses!

I realize a black leather mini skirt is very cliche, but I couldn’t resist. Just love this skirt. Thanks to my GF Carole for putting me up to it!!

Striking a pose while reclining on the floor can be tricky. But the cardinal rule has nothing to do with posing: make sure the dang floor is clean first, or you’ll end up looking like the business end of a Swifter.
