I am a 55 year old transvestite who has been crossdressing since early childhood. My life story is punctuated by dressing events but they have all been, by choice, in private. Now I am in a deep relationship with an understanding younger partner. Although, she finds my CDing challenging at times. I enjoy dressing once or twice a week, relaxing with my girlfriend in front of the TV at the weekends. In recent years, I have realised that CD is an increasingly important part of who I am and always have been. Also, that I, and probably all heterosexual CDs, am/are on some kind of trans spectrum. That CDing is, albeit low level, transgendered behaviour. I am, or want to be, female but I know that, in this life, I never will be. My favourite style, and the look I hope I achieve, is, an elegant and demure affluent housewife...at church! I hope to find an even greater understanding of myself by joining CDH with support and advice to help my partner comprehend and appreciate why I need and desire to dress in feminine clothing and occasionally present as a woman.
