Hi Angela. First thing, you look very nice. Your hair is a great pick for your facial features. And you do have nice facial features, Not easy to tell only for one photograph, but since you are asking for suggestions, let me say that you may need to work a bit more on getting your foundation more evenly. Perhaps needing some better tools? Brushes, sponges, to even it out as it looks a bit heavier on some areas. It Depends on what your goals are. Are you going out? For everyday casual, tone down the lip color a bit something a bit more neutral. Face makeup looks good. And you need to do a little more with your eyes and brows trim and Color the brows. Eyeliner, shadow, and mascara. Look to you tube for how to videos. Just like clothes, look around and see what other women in your age group are wearing.

I don’t know too much but I think that you lips look good and your eyes will be stunning with some work (eyeliner, mascara). Eyebrows are tough and I keep working on mine. I bought a kit that helps me with different stencils but it’s a challenge.
