This past Tuesday was something of a milestone in my crossdressing life: the first time I've had a lengthy conversation with a complete stranger while dressed, and a woman at that. Before I get to that allow me to describe the outfit you see pictured, which is all from Torrid though the red lace top was a find from Savers, along with the black blazer I wore over it that's hanging on the shopping cart just in the frame. Otherwise everything else in my ensemble was bought new: the black bodysuit and black thong, the black faux leather skirt and the black faux suede over the knee boots. The glasses (non prescription lenses) were also from Torrid, which helped keep my face more or less clear from the new wig I just got the previous weekend from Wig.com, and a touch of lipstick was my only makeup. The picture was taken at Savers after my appointment at the Red Cross for another platelet donation, and as usual the staff at the donor center complimented me on my attire. In the times that I've gone dressed up the other donors usually don't give me more than a side glance, if that, and being shy and reserved I often don't go out of my way to greet anybody I don't already know, dressed or not. That changed this week when while I was in the final minutes of my lengthier than usual session watching a K-drama on the screen I noticed a nice looking woman lie down in front of me on one of the tables reserved for whole blood donations dressed in a tight, low cut lime green velvet minidress, hugging her figure very well. She finished her donation while I was sitting in the recovery area noshing on pretzels and apple juice and I tentatively greeted her as she came to sit down. She's 53, six years younger than me, and has the same given name as one of my sisters and even lives in the same area of the state as her. Alas, she's married, but I brushed that off quickly and we learned a bit about each other, including the fact that her 20 year old son has dabbled in crossdressing himself, starting with some of his mother's clothes. Speaking of which I did compliment her on her very sexy dress and asked where she got it, but she doesn't know as her husband got it for her. Hopefully I'll catch her again during one of my future appointments as she's been very gracious and accepted me as me. A very eventful day indeed.

From the innocent sight in my teens of a pretty brunette classmate who frequently yet accidentally revealed the waistband of her nylon panties above the top of her cordoroy pants came the source of my two obsessions in life. First it was trying to see that incredibly sensual sight as often as possible since I believed then that it was sexy, and she was incredibly beautiful and popular as well. When that obsession nearly destroyed me I chose to channel it internally as a form of self therapy by starting to wear female underwear myself, which in time led me to becoming a closet cross dresser.
