Emotionally, I get this warm glow and sense of calm, all with a life loving glint in my eye. I enjoy the role photography plays in publicly supporting and capturing the positive, beautiful, sensual and often celebratory character of the transgender and LGBTIQ+ community. The human body is a fabulous subject and possibly better, at my age, if wrapped in something gorgeous….. and really on a vain note nothing beats looking in the mirror and seeing somebody totally different looking back. Bit of mischief now and then makes for a good laugh!
How interesting Amandah…. although I must admit I wasn’t very invisible last night! Thankfully, all the attention was very positive and complimentary, although I know that there is a risk involved in heading out in the late evening in a short dress, heals and a fur coat!
Anyway, you look fantastic yet again in this picture Amandah. So looking forward to not being invisible with you in a few months time! Xx

IMO, cis girls in general have given up on being “visible.” That’s why women like us turn heads. We’re still VERY much interested in being noticed. Example 1 – the absolutely gorgeous Amandah!
Serena you might have a point there, and I suspect its also about getting comfortable and confident in using social media. I’m totally hooked on it, and follow a several mature silver and fashionista women on Insta…. the fabulous Iris Apfel for example.
