Waiting on the platform at Colchester train station in July 1970. It was my first visit to London as Faye and I was accompanied by my lovely friend Gaynor. I was only 18 years old and so very nervous, but equally as excited.

Thank you for sharing such a lovely photo. I wish I had started dressing when I was 18, and had been able to look so good. It’s lovely to think about you running around looking so wonderful and having so much fun.

Omg I love this Faye! Pictures like this give a glimpse into what life was for people like us years ago. You looked beautiful then and still do today, thanks for sharing.
