I had a fabulous day, got dolled up for the bike shoot and then changed into fem day wear to do the weeks shopping followed by a walk along the beach...... this is now my forth outing and loving it. A word of encouragement to those girls on the brink of taking those early steps. It gets better and better with each venture, I felt so feminine and could feel my confidence grow. Contributing to my confidence -other than refining my makeup skill and wardrobe- is planning and practicing, for everyday predicaments like remembering to use your fem name when ordering coffee..... an early first mistake in my case, but humorous when I reflect on it now. hugzz to you all A

Emotionally, I get this warm glow and sense of calm, all with a life loving glint in my eye. I enjoy the role photography plays in publicly supporting and capturing the positive, beautiful, sensual and often celebratory character of the transgender and LGBTIQ+ community. The human body is a fabulous subject and possibly better, at my age, if wrapped in something gorgeous….. and really on a vain note nothing beats looking in the mirror and seeing somebody totally different looking back.
