I had written a bio when I first joined CDH, then I changed it, then I removed it. So here I go again. This is a very rough road to be traveling on when you feel alone for the ride. My feelings are in constant change, I try to embrace my cross dressing and accept it for being a part of who I am, but being surrounded by a sometimes hostile negativity, makes it hard to express and impossible to explain why I feel the need to dress this way. I’m not transgender, I just enjoy the times where I can dress up and present an expression of something, I feel is better. I have dressed up as far back as I can remember but only came out to my wife a couple of years ago. in spite of her knowing, and hating it, we have a good marriage built on decades of love and trust. I keep hoping for a trace of understanding, but I lose hope of that every time I get reminded I’m not the man she married.

I was able to attend several Femm Fridays over last summer, and then went to Sparkle last September. April’s femm Friday was the first event since this I was able to make it to. Hopefully we can meet someday in the near future, looking forward to it. Thank you for the compliment, I always feel so much happier when I finally get to go out again.

Beautiful, Carrie. A great outfit with bold shades of green and red. I’m relatively new to CDH, so this is the first photo of yours I’ve seen. I went back to look at your prior photos, and I must say that I adore your look! I especially love that hairdo!

Welcome to Cross Dresser Heaven, everyone I have talked to has been really nice, but I must state I have had a couple of members who seemed a little strange, just learned to let those go. The hardest part of me with hairdos is that I can’t see how dorky it looks from behind. Thank you though,

I often see your post’s and always admire how well you put together a stunning, and fun looking, presentation. Thank you for your compliment. The feeling of pulling it at together, and getting the opportunity to actually go out, is so invigorating and exciting that I get a rush. I usually attend an event, put on by the River city Gems, but then I will test my own boundaries by stopping in at various businesses on my way home.

Hi Carrie it’s a hard question to answer, only another C/dresser knows how you feel when you get to spread your wings, that’s why you smile more when you get to go out En Femme and you feel happier, a beautiful smile on a beautiful woman X

When I’m driving to places, I don’t really like my hair blowing in my face and getting stuck in my lipstick. I really like the way it looks pulled back, but leaving long wisps of hair on the sides. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, that’s when I’m just a “hot mess”. Thank you for your compliment.
