Looking and feeling fabulous! So glad your wife is on the mend and that you are achieving your weight goals. Bravo Girl! 🥰
Thanks, Fran. I’m so thankful that she is feeling better again. She still tires out faster, but I’m seeing improvement every day.
I’m happy for you on all counts Jaynee!
Thank you, Michelle. It’s been a rough road, but the sun is beginning to shine through. And I’m feeling so much lighter on my feet and more balanced with the weight loss.
Good news all around, Jaynee. I’m glad the worst is over for your wife and that she’s close to full recovery.
As for your weight loss, it’s very easy to chronicle the progress you’ve made. I went back to look at your prior photos. The contrast is amazing. You look absolutely fabulous in this current photo. Kudos to you for accomplishing something that so many of us find extremely difficult.
Thanks, Angela. My secret has been portion control. I’ve been doing all of the cooking since I retired three years ago, so I’m trying to cook more healthy dishes, and aim to get two or more meals out of each entree. I also changed my snacking habits. Now instead of grabbing a can of peanuts or a box of CheezIts and taking it to watch TV, I grab up a handful in a napkin and when they’re gone, I stop. No extra exercise, it’s all about what goes into my mouth. 😹 The results have been quite motivating!
