Yes, I suppose polka dots and pearls are a fashion tradition. But there is nothing conservative about this outfit, Trish. Glamorous is a better descriptor, I think. Eye-popping works for me too. Or maybe just an old fashioned Va-Va-Voom!
I couldn’t ignore this dress as it languished on the sales rack. When I brought it home, tried it on, and saw how it fit, I felt I had a winner. Unfortunately my SO kept making good natured references to Barbara Bush while I was getting dressed. I think I have subconsciously labeled the outfit conservative and placed it in the closet accordingly. Your delightful comments have me reconsidering my course of action; Va-Va-Voom!

I must recognize that Trish visits have become more of a team effort as we integrate different clothing and makeup products. My SO serves as the team’s rudder, constantly promoting a more conservative course. In this case, Trish selected the entire outfit, signaling a maturation? Thank you for the encouraging words.
