Hi Bianca ,We have had a busy few days but we are back at the caravan and at last sitting on our butts .Your’e comments were very kind, they made me smile! i am already starting to feel the benefits from the group and from the girls their seems to be a calm over me now ,like a huge ball & chain has been removed from my foot.I feel that i could now go out without the need for an umbarella because the clouds are starting to move .
