Emotionally, I get this warm glow and sense of calm, all with a life loving glint in my eye. I enjoy the role photography plays in publicly supporting and capturing the positive, beautiful, sensual and often celebratory character of the transgender and LGBTIQ+ community. The human body is a fabulous subject and possibly better, at my age, if wrapped in something gorgeous….. and really on a vain note nothing beats looking in the mirror and seeing somebody totally different looking back. I love this photo! Amandah, let me start by saying you look wonderful. A lovely lady taking a stroll through London. But what’s so fun about this photo is that you are standing amidst a wild explosion of shapes and colors. (Or should I say colours?) And yet despite all the chaos around you, you remain calm and ladylike with that warm smile. Just charming. A great photo!
Thanx Angela, and u hit the nail the head. This precinct is one of the oldest in London. Got damaged heavily during WW2 and continued down hill. However, due to its central location, it has started to see a huge revival ….. and celebrates its many prominent graffiti artists as a means to gain popularity. The photo opportunities too creative to miss!
That whole look just works so well. Very natural. Love the coat by the way. I haven’t done coats yet and am a little unsure about size. If I’m a dress size 18, will I need a coat size 18 – or bigger? Hope you enjoyed your time in the UK. It looks like you did.

Coats sizing can be tricky! Cut, length, linings, pockets, fabrics, $$$ …. I test for sizing in store and then hunt online. I’m here for another ten days and love being dressed here as everyone is so open and complimentary!
Nice photo, Amandah! You all dolled up, dressed so nice and casual with
all that color on you and around you, looking so attractive. Despite 22 years
in the US Navy I never made it to London, closest I got was Germany.
