I agree. Probably my favorite Julie pic of all time. And, I almost didn’t get it. Was about to walk into my hotel at about 1am and remembered some people taking pictures at that spot earlier in the day. Lucky I found a couple of random cis girls to take the picture. They were all into getting a nice artsy pic and I think she was on her knees for that shot. I guess sometimes you just get lucky. ♀️

A fabulous look for my hometown!
OMG. Julie had so much fun in Philly. I stayed in the Gayborhood, went to Fishtown, went to the Barnes museum, told the story of my first time out at a queer open mic night. That pic was taken after coming back from Whips and Chains night at the Infusion Lounge. The highlight of the trip was Martha Graham Cracker. If you don’t know about her, you gotta go. Philly is so freakin awesome.

If anyone is interested in hanging out irl, us Chicago girls are putting together a week long event called Pinkfest that’s happening later this month. It’s kinda like a conference, but not confined to a hotel. It’s out in the vibrancy of one of the most LGBT friendly cities in America – just look at our mayor.
