I just bought a dress yesterday that is exactly that same length. And I too wondered if, in fact, it was actually a top. But I checked the catalog and, sure enough, it’s a dress. So don’t worry about that beautiful red dress, Valerie. In my opinion it’s just right. Especially when you look as beautiful as you do, and have legs as gorgeous as yours.

It may be too short for many but It’s not too short for you Val! You could probably wear it with leggings as well. Just think, two outfits in one! That’s a major thrift store score if I ever heard of one!
