51 years old, married. Still new to this and still getting my feet under me. Changing my perspective on calling it "crossdressing" in my vocabulary. I have come to the point of view that clothes DON'T define gender. If I want to wear a skirt, cool. If I want to wear T-shirt and jeans, ok... a little makeup here and there, also good. I love "girls night" clubbing in San Francisco or Vegas. Short dresses, dancing, having a ball... Dealing with family having been raised that "MEN don't do that!" I'm sure you know what I mean... I'm 6 feet tall, 225lbs, a sizing MESS(LOL)...Size 20/22 in the chest, size 14/16 hips...WTH? 46-36-42...oh well...
Good for you!! I sometimes dress at home without wig, makeup or shaving. For me, it’s a different experience that has it’s own merits. I’m happy to see you getting out there and expressing this look to the world.
I have interacted a little bit with younger trans folks… I love how they seem freer to express themselves and their emotions! Not all is lost with the younger generations! 🙂
