At a Halloween party in 2021 my wife, two female friends and I performed the final courtroom scene from "My Cousin Vinnie" while crossdressed, and I had the role of Mona Lisa Vito (Marisa Tomei in the movie). After that I was hooked. I dressed as a cabaret singer for a Valentine's Day surprise for my wife. She saw how much I enjoyed it and encouraged me to explore crossdressing. She's helped me with makeup and wigs.
I have been out in public 4 times, each time to attend either a drag show or a burlesque show ( which so far have been safe venues for a crossdresser!) Although I look like a woman from behind and from the waist down, despite the makeup I still have the face of a dude, so I am reluctant to go to a grocery store or restaurant en femme.
I have been involved in Community Theater for some time. My favorite role was that of Alfred P. Doolittle in "My Fair Lady".
