Well girls, there weren’t any articles needing to be edited, and it’s at times like this when my managing editor asks me to “just go ahead and write an article yourself.” Hi Brina! I love you and this one is for the over 30,000 girls who are currently listed as members of the best crossdressing site in the world – Crossdresser Heaven.
So many girls, when sending private messages to me in response to my photos, often use the words “inspire” or “inspiration” in their notes to me. They often tell me I was the one who inspired them to join as one of our new CDH members. Others have mentioned to me that I’ve been an inspiration for them to perfect their own cross-dressing skills to their highest levels. Those notes, from hundreds of girls over the past three years, have inspired me to take my own cross-dressing skills to my own highest level possible!
You girls have inspired me to try many new styles of beautiful feminine clothing. This was my first year to wear ladies dress slacks, skinny bum-lifter jeans, ladies casual slacks, sexy high waisted short shorts, new styles of heels, skirts, tops, and even a variety of hair colors in different lengths, although the chin length bob cut will always be my favorite style of hair. I’ve even previewed new dresses in a variety of different types of lengths and clothing materials. With our members inspiring notes to me, my thrill of crossdressing has gotten even more exciting! I love these new variety of styles of clothing, footwear, and hairstyles I’ve been able to give a whirl this year thanks to the inspiration of our girls!
I also enjoy my purpose as both a writer and an editor on this wonderful site. When the new girls ask me for tips and advice, the first thing I do is point them to the word “Articles,” shown above and to the right of every page while on CDH, and then ask that they go to the “Hodgepodge” section and read up on more than 80% of all the initial tips and information I’ve shared with new and the not so new members over the past three years. Personally, many of my articles in the Hodgepodge area are written with the intent to help with everything from purchasing wigs, shapewear, to having “The Talk” with their wives or SOs, or to help them build an initial, basic wardrobe. There are makeup tips, photo shoot tips, as well as fashion and beauty tips.
Before I wrote the articles noted above, I found myself spending 4 to 6 hours per day answering questions from new and even some of veteran cross-dressers on those subjects and many more. As a result, to allow me the time to take care of my honey do chores, which consist of work both inside and outside our dream home such as yard word, washing and waxing our three vehicles, and taking care of our very active two Corgi doggies, I found a purpose to write several articles addressing the most common questions being asked of me. Oh, and I’d be remiss in not mentioning the wonderful date nights with my Sexy Redhead also known as my wife, best friend, and soul mate for life. She and I love to go out on date night to dinner, shopping, or a movie, and then home for some extracurricular activities 😉 after I light our Yankee candles in our bedroom. With all those time-consuming responsibilities, it was much easier to help our site build a wealth of tips in the article section. They are suited for all of us, no matter where we are in out pursuit of becoming our best crossdresser version possible.
As an editor in the Article section of Crossdresser Heaven, my job is to help girls write interesting articles having to do with their own experiences as a cross-dresser. My job as an editor has been extremely rewarding, working both with experienced writers and rookie writers. It’s also a challenging job, which does wonders to keep my brain lubricated since my retirement.
When the managing editor of Crossdresser Heaven, Brina MacTavish, came to me asking if I would like to become an editor in the article section based on what she had seen in regards to comments about my posted photographs and notes posted to other girls’ photos, I actually turned her down three times. I told Brina my wife and I had just recently moved into our large dream home and we were still in the process of opening boxes and moving our furniture into this huge new home of ours. I told her I simply wouldn’t have the time to do the editing job justice. After some back and forth, I eventually decided to give it a try…in a limited way at first, as I just didn’t have much time.
After learning the ropes and spending far too much time on each article, I became much faster at that editing job. As a result of my work and dedication to the job, Brina awarded me with the Senior Editor Award for reaching over 100 articles edited and a year of service. An honor she posted on my home page, which I’m extremely proud to have received. The work is both challenging and fun! You wouldn’t believe the number of steps involved in editing just one single article! Right, Brina? (LOL)
Another purpose I strongly believe in is providing encouragement and support to as many girls as I possibly can. Many ask for constructive feedback on their photos, and they know I’m going to give them an honest opinion. No sugar coating, just the best suggestions for feminine improvement in my honest opinion. The girls all respect the fact that they know I’m going to be as positive as possible, while being as honest as I possibly can be.
I love letting our girls know that cross-dressing is extremely thrilling as well as relaxing and rewarding. I convey to them that cross-dressing is very normal and there are millions of men across America and other countries who participate in some level of cross-dressing. I tell the girls that cross-dressing is much more common than they ever thought and most of us started at a very young age! Many of us had to stay in the proverbial cross-dressing closet with our secret for years if not decades!
There are many more reasons as a valued member as to why I’m here at CDH. However, I’m at my word limit so I’ll bring this to a close.

Hi Scarlett, Great questions as always. I am still very deep in the closet while I work on my look. I am still far from close to how you look so natural when dressed. That’s about the right amount of time is takes to shower, put my nail polish on, and my makeup on. As you can probably tell by my photos, I put a lot of energy and effort into each and every photo shoot. thank you for that message. and yes i love the pics, gets me jealous that i can not look that pretty and female look as you do, but i try hard to when i do dress up and when i am home alone and no other adult child is home, my wife knows of my cross dressing and tells me i can dress up but she will not see me dressed up even tho she has seen me getting dressed up.
It’s the same situation with me and my wife Lucinda! She prefers me as her “Handsome Husband" instead of “Pretty and Cute Scarlett"! So I can’t be dressed as Scarlett while in her presence. However, I can occasionally show her photos of Scarlett each week!

Wow, Berta, thanks for sharing that wonderful first time in femme clothing with me. It was very similar to mine only the clothing type was way different. My mom had two full draws of the most sexy black lingerie I had ever seen in my life! Black garter belts, thigh high silk stockings, shear black panties, and real sexy bras. I tried on the very first set I could get my hands on and then laid about four of my dad’s Playboy Magazines I found hidden deep in his closet and proceeded to have my way with myslelf! Back to you Scarlet, You asked about 1st time and that is what my lengthy reply was geared to. I also eventually tried on all of Mom’s satin lingerie, slips, bras and best of all her panties which I eventually wore under my male drab. Sometimes, in the cold weather, I’d add one of her short lace trimmed full satin slips. If you can’t afford to join up to post photos, with your writing ability, you need to start putting together written articles to post in our article section where I serve as a writer and an editor. The limit is usually 1,400 words per article.
