They say that good things come in threes
When I created the theme for an episode of Live Sessions*, I hadn’t realised quite what I had stumbled upon!Â
‘There’s power in numbers. Numbers are everywhere in our lives. If you’ve ever noticed that you keep seeing the same number sequence everywhere you turn, chances are it’s not by accident.’
‘Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, three times is a pattern.’
‘The rule of three is a writing principle that suggests that a trio of events or characters is more humorous, satisfying, or effective than other numbers. The audience of this form of text is also thereby more likely to remember the information conveyed because having three entities combines both brevity and rhythm with having the smallest amount of information to create a pattern.’
The three words, concepts that I linked together are what I now feel compelled to refer to as a Mantra For Life!
It really doesn’t matter who you believe you are in this world, it still applies
Think it, Own it, Live it!!!Â
How powerful is that? It’s amazingly powerful and let me explain why. It begins with thought and what we have in our unconscious and conscious mind. When those thoughts are based on a universal love for life and everything in it, a sense of compassion and knowledge that we are part of a greater consciousness. To have a state of awareness to provides a freedom of happiness and fulfillment and a sense of purpose in life. That is where it starts to open you mind to the endless possibilities before you.Â
To Own it: one must first of all accept themselves unquestionably, understanding any perceived shortcomings, not as disabilities but as who we are. Able to accept that we are very different and yet so alike in great depth.  Take control of your everyday life, breaking the old habits of in indoctrinated upbringing that is imposed upon us from childhood. To know who you are and where you are going in life, with certainty and without doubt.
To live it:Â Bring together your conscious and unconscious thoughts and align them with your real time life. Live what you think and believe, 24/7. No hesitation, no guilt, no doubt, no uncertainty, just solid conviction and understanding.
I know that I have made this appear quite simple in describing it in three short paragraphs. But I know more than anyone how much effort you need to invest in yourself to arrive at this stage in your life. Absolutely nothing of value will be gained with such ease ever, something that I am sure you are aware of already. Qualifications of any kind that allow you to earn a good salary, to be able to play a musical instrument, create great works of art, be an incredible athlete. They all take great effort and commitment! Why do we not invest that level in ourselves automatically when it can make such an incredible difference to our lives and the world that we live in?
During the time that I have been back on both TGH and CDH, I have written a number of articles to share my knowledge. In addition, I have become very well acquainted with Char, who also is a prolific author too. As I hope you are aware, together we create and produce the Live Sessions broadcasts and videos that are now featured on the sites. A collaboration that came about after I had edited several of Char’s articles and became more familiar with her thinking and how she lives her life. We now regularly spend hours and hours in discussion, exchanging ideas, experiences, and thoughts. I speak for myself here but have no doubt that Char will agree with me when I say that we have enhanced each other’s outlook and views on a continuing process of elevation that we are both experiencing in our life journey. We are privileged and honoured to be able to refer to each other as a great and valued friend, while we are on other sides of the world and have never met in person. We are connected in a way that surpasses physicality. A friendship that I feel will last a lifetime.Â
I need to conclude that while this is a belief now that I am happy to have, I realise that I know very little in this expansive universe. However, I feel that I have progressed to a greater level in my evolution as a human embodiment of my consciousness.
A Mantra For Life
I finish by suggesting that you adopt the mantra – Think it, Own it, Live it, into your daily life, maybe create some unique to your own life! Start each and every day by singing or chanting them as you go about your daily routine, when in the shower, driving your car or anytime you feel you need to lift you spirits. By doing so you will be engaging your mind in something quite special and bring about changes in your body and spirit. Do your own research about mantras to learn more about their use and power in self help. I think you may be pleasantly surprised by the outcome.

Sophie, what a perfect start to my day. Thank you. I have been feeling stuck lately so I am going to change up my day today and do something different. While doing that different thing I’ll be thinking of your lessons for life and “Think it, Own it, Live it”.
Perfect timing. Thank you so much.
As always Hugs
Diane

I just got off of a wonderful zoom all with Char. I really loved the video you two did. It was wonderful and so empowering and encouraging. Thank you so much for doing that.

Diane
The pleasure is mine and Char’s to share what we understand with you all.
We give it with our love and compassion and ask nothing in return

I produce virtual shows from all over the country. So it is so much fun to see you all do that production. The sisters from CDH really need that content. Being able to own who you are is such a fundamental thing. It is not until you can pull all the weeds from your life can you truly see the content of who you are at your core and happiness is the result. I feel like you two are helping the sisters pull the weeds.

Question, What do you do for a living?
Therapist?
Dear Diane, thank you for your unintended compliment in thinking that I may be a therapist. Perhaps I am in some ways I have been and understand why you may have considered that. I have no recognised training or qualification in this area, but have had an ability to look at other people’s lives and see ways to help them over the years. I never really put it into any meaningful use until I began writing my articles for my own site, CDH and here. I had been considering producing a Podcast to make my ideas, articles, knowledge and experience more… Read more »
Sophie, I would love to help you in that endeavor if I can. We should connect to see if my help could be of value. I do remote broadcast of shows and programs that help people 4 to 5 times a week. I am able to up the production value by being able to apply text and graphics, switch between presenters and give the viewers multiple ways to interact with the panelists. I am in Atlanta and you are in France. So the time difference makes 8am for me 1pm for you. I would love to get together and talk.… Read more »
