As I get older the desire to wear (outrageously) high heels stays, but the reality is that the height is definitely coming down.  I wear 3 1/2″ sometimes (and wished I could have worn them much more!) but they are getting just a might altitudinous.  2- 2 1/2 are now more realistic, and that number will certainly be coming down in the future.
