Good question, Donna.
I have two bras (well more, of course) that I were more often than others. The smaller one when I’m dressing with no additional pads, forms, etc. is easier if fastened in front and then slid around. The other is a little larger and holds the forms and I put that on over the arms and fasten it in back. Both I remove by unhooking from the back. I do like putting on the second one as I like the feeling it gives me as I’m doing it, but lately with going with simplicity, it’s now been a little while since I’ve worn it. Oh and I’ve tried front hook bras, but they just don’t work on me very well.
