I’ve purchased things at WalMart a number of times.  It’s kind of  funny, the first thing I purchased was panties and I used a cashier line as I wanted to pay cash and at the time the self checkout only took cards (didn’t want the wife to know I bought them).  The cashier didn’t say anything just rang it up and took my money, I was very nervous though.  Since then I have bought panties, bras, shoes, a skirt and blouse and used the self check out without any issues.   As someone else mentioned there have been times that I have purchased tampons, pads and panties for my wife.  I think for the most part all they care about is getting the money for what you’re buying and don’t care what you get.
