This past Saturday, I saw a post on Facebook from a person I am friends with. He wanted to know if anyone would like to go to drag show called Dungeons and Drag. The event begins at 10:00 pm and it was 6 pm. I decided it was time to go out. I did not tell him I was going. I got to the bar and almost turned back but anther friend was on the phone with me and he talked me to the door. Once inside, my other friend saw me and oh my god his expression was priceless. He was shocked but in a good way. He told me how proud he was for me and bought my way in and helped me get through my nervousness. I am very fortunate that I have understanding friends.
First time out? Wonderful you have such great friends.
