How many of you, like me, suffer from PMS even though you are not menstruating?
Doctor told me it’s normal to have a little bad mood during hrt … Lol i was moody once a month even before starting hrt

Being on HRT as well i get the whole package, bloating, cranky, fatigued, acne, all of it minus the bleeding. I can usually count on it like clockwork.

Dear Jennifer
Unfortunately, the lack of bleeding is a weapon that turns into an increase in blood volume, with cardiac fatigue and consequent risk of thickening of the heart walls.
This is one of the main reasons why I have always said that anyone who takes HRT should be followed by a good medical specialist and not exclusively trust blogs.
Fortunately, thanks to the new food plan, I have a good lymphatic circulation so I don’t have an excess of fluid accumulation that generates swelling, I have irritability and bad mood in such quantities that in some moments even my shadow escapes me, fatigue? I did 2 years of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in comparison the hrt for me is currently a walk in the woods, acne absolutely not.
