Earlier Jenny Lace was in CDH Public Chat room asking for help with her account. The chat crew responded but she was gone- apparently (?)
I thought to try to follow up with her by searching the social “Find Friends”
Yet, no results for Jenny Lace.
I also searched the “Member Directory” with the same results.
Am I using the search incorrectly?
