Thanks Leonara. I used to think the shoes were a little tight for me but that was before I went out for a decent walk in them. I had to concentrate with all my might to stop them slipping off. I now have some gel insoles to stop it happening on my next little jaunt.

Thanks for gel insoles tip…I bought new black pumps but they are a little big. My strappy heels seem to fit a little better.

Hi Laura and thank you very much. I tend to pick my outfits myself but my wife does let me know if they don’t suit me. We shop together but not when I’m dressed so it usually means me telling her what i want and then waiting outside the shop for her to buy it. I am getting braver though.
