We finally have finalized our plans for CrossRoads! It will take place April 29th – May 2nd. The Hotel Zoso will be our headquarters and the site for our gala night. The itinerary will be somewhat fluid, as we are hoping for the best, but expect there might still be some restrictions in place at the time of the event.
We are asking anyone who is interested in attending to register and submit a refundable $50 fee. This will give us an idea on how many plan to attend and make our scheduling much easier. At this time, we aren’t able to book any events at hotels and restaurants. As that changes we will plan our gala night at The Zoso and book our group dinner at a local restaurant. We ill be able to fill in as well with other activities.
We will provide ticket information and costs for these activities as soon as we can. At this time, all attendees will be on their own to make hotel reservations. It’s our hope to secure a group discount prior to the event, and if so we will provide the information on our website.
