Yes so much has changed in the last few years, and we are usually our own worse enemy.

Some months ago I had an appt where I might have had to get undressed, and she wanted me to wear guy undies, but I didn’t want to do that. I was in regular guy clothes, only my undies were femme. So nothing happened, I didn’t have to lower my pants. Almost wished I did have to!

The medics of all kinds have seen lots worse than a guy in women’s undies!
