Hi Kay
Get better at yoga would be high on the list, goes well with meditation.
Drink more water, great for the skin.
Get better at makeup, take better pictures/selfies.
Read more books, write more articles, reviews etc..
Go out in public, fully dressed even if it’s just for a coffee.
Gain a qualification and study something I really love to do, photography, web development.
Laugh more!
