If I’m in adult establishment dressed, I absolutely use the ladies room. Pains me to say here, in the great USA, men are not very tolerate. It could be dangerous, if in a men’s room dressed.
If in a family style, ie Target, as already stated, if little ones are in there I’ll leave and wait or find another location.
Also, and maybe idealistic, I whole heartily believe women, would judge my appearance, what I’m wearing. Wearing white after September. They are more welcoming. They suffer their own struggle. We’re seen as an ally to their cause.
