Hi Dee as i speak for myself here as i have not tried the breast plate but have used the inserts and they seem to work well as wife says that they look really nice like real boobs ha ha .. As she would knoe he he i am about a natural b cup and i have a c cup inserts they are perfect for my frame good luck girlfriend..
