Hi Holly,

Thin black liner all the way on the top stopping just shy of the inner corner, 3/4 of the lower lid with dark blue khol liner for a smudged look on the lower lash line. Always extended past the outer corner for a bit of a cat eye with the black liner, then the darkest eyeshadow starts there. You can see it in my photos.
