I have an arthritic ankle with a limited range of motion. Maximum difference front to bake is 2 1/2” but 1” to 1 1/4” is much more comfortable. I have a number of wedge heeled shoes with a heel height of 3” to 3 1/2” and a platform 1” to 1 1/2”.

Favorite brands are BORN, B.O.C, Callisto and KORKS…
