I really haven’t I have just changed my look over time. I do not present fully en femme as I am not really transitioned. I know my employer is very accepting of transgender people as we have several working here already. I may be the first to make the change after having already been employed for 15 plus years. If I do decide to be fully en femme it would be a permanent thing and not just makeup and lower body shaping. I am not ready to do that at this point. Sorry I ma getting a bit lengthy in reply to this question.
