I titled this bra styles but in particular I’m talking about full coverage versus demi.

So for the longest time (most of years dressing) I have always chosen full coverage bras since I haven’t ever had forms up until very recently (end of September).

It was very easy to stuff a full coverage bra and make it look pretty convincing. I discovered push up bras several years ago and realized with some large size enhancers you could look like you had reasonably sized natural breasts. This was a major step in my boob quest.

After I came out to my fiancé my desire for forms magnified exponentially for some strange reason. Don’t exactly know why that was but I got some forms. Tried them with my push up bras and that was a miserable fail. Push up bras and fos are a no go. The forms make the bra fit horribly. I now had to find a bra that worked with my forms. An unlined bra seed to be the solution so I bought a couple of different styles. One demi and one full coverage. Both unlined.

The demi quickly became a fave. I love Vicki’s secret and they sent me a coupon thing that had a picture of the most beautiful bra I think I ever seen on it. I had to have it. Didn’t care what kind of bra it was I just wanted it and I knew I could make it work in any context. Just so happens it was a lightly lined demi bra. I of course bought it thinking oh this will be perfect for my forms. When I tried it on I wasn’t necessarily pleased with the overall fit but left it on to see if some extended wear would make a difference. It did. Once my forms “settled” into place it was divine.

This bra makes my boobs look great. This thing makes them look all perky, full and beautiful. On top of it all it’s really comfy too. I still love my full coverage push up bras too. I’ve been swapping back and forth between the two depending on my mood. I’m a creature of habit and hadn’t branched out in the bra world. I’m glad I did because I found a new dimension that I really like.

Oh Jessica, be so blessed to be able to find such pretty and fitting bras!  Me?  A 46 or 48 fits, but guess what they look like?  Beige.  lol  I’ve taken to plus size bodysuits; haven’t tried a bralette yet, maybe someday.  Those bras that are made for men just don’t look feminine.  Uuuggghhh.

I hope I don’t sound too complaining… I love dressing and feeling as pretty as I can!

Certainly an ‘uplifting’ story Jessica. It was the same story for me too. Poorly fitting bras that had the padding drop out was the worst. When I realised my true size it all came together. The silicone inserts stayed put and pushed my boobs up. Confidence leapt up and I have had the odd comment from friends who think they have been surgically or hormonal enhanced!  I am happy you have had the same result.
