A warm hello and hugs to all you beautiful ladies!
I am Maaike, I live in Holland. I was always very interested in crossdressing but I was never brave enough to actually do it. Recently I decided for myself that I should take the next step and really buy makeup and some nice female clothes. First time dressing up and applying the makeup was so exciting and when I looked in the mirror I was completely stunned. Wow! I was so beautiful! I really fell in love with myself. Is that possible? I just felt so much love and admiration for this beautiful and sexy woman that I had become.
Anyway I still need to learn a lot about makeup but I love my journey!

Hi Maaike, and welcome. I know this will be a great place for you to make friends and share your experiences. I also know what you mean about how you felt when you looked in the mirror and saw Maaike looking back at you. When I resumed crossdressing after a long absence I decided to see how I would look so I sat down and started experimenting with makeup. When I was finished I could not believe that it was me looking back. And in a way it was not. It was Paulette. What I am trying to say is I am so ‘sold’ on the transformational power of makeup. It takes this old 75 year old guy and transforms him into a lady who looks much younger, or at least that is what my friends say (maybe they are humoring me)! I look forward to hearing more from you. I love your story. And Holland. I was there promoting my CD about 11 years ago. Most wonderful time and wonderful people.
Most of the time I am disappointed in how I look especially the 15 lbs I need to lose. But I’ve been experimenting with makeup and wigs. I’m on a mission to get wigs that fit and look good. I have a few, one that I wear in the car when I’m driving.
Any way….I’ve discovered and have been practicing putting on false eyelashes. And I have few photos where I felt like you do. I thought I looked really really cute. It’s such a nice feeling. I can’t add any photos to my page. Or I would share. Email?

It is a wonderful journey and fulfilling.I have been full time since I was 9 till now at 62. Clothing makeup shoes gowns dresses I even got my porcelain dolls from when I was 9 years old. Had my prom dress 👗 for a long time lime green squin gown shoulder straps with a transparent coat. My friend friend was the first one to wear dresses 👗 to school so I had to. All I wear everywhere is dresses 👗. Well we are glad to have you welcome to the site
