Slowly but surely I have been dressing as a female to find my identity and as male I love to shop and in my area I havint found to many places to confirtley shop for woman’s clothing any help would be gratefully recived

LOL

Hi, it’s my perception of what all the other people are thinking. Most if not all, don’t care. They probably figure it’s for me. When I get over myself and stop with the world is concerned that I’m shopping for women’s clothing. I have a wonderful time. I take hours sometimes. My most favorite time, I went to a fashion boutique, in a very well todo area. The women, was so helpful. She asked lots of questions. So, I would find exactly what I was looking. I was glowing for a couple of days. For the beautiful dress, also the pleasure of being able to be me and shop!

I’m a 64 year old mtf unpassable but I go even to wally mart looking for clothes. I try to present my best self as I live 24 7 as Tamara. As a tall in shape girl who spent 4 years army infantry 21 in reserves l find males say something bad as they go away. I stand up for others who can’t. I’ve stepped in to stop others who were being assaulted. Living as a woman in low rent high crime hood It helps clothes cost to much to get tore up. To everyone be safe and love.❤️

Shoppng for women’s clothes as Rhonda is one of my favorite things to do. I prefer to go with my supportive girlfriend, who can help me with selections, but my daughter once took me bra shopping, to Soma, along with her young son. At one point the sales clerk asked if he wanted to come into the dressing room to see his Mama. He blurted out for the store to hear “That’s not my Mama, that’s my Papa!” I have to admit to going too far with my guest list.
I had great fun shopping for a bathing suit a couple years ago, before a crossdresser cruise. My girlfriend, who can’t keep a secret, informed the saleslady the clothes being selected were for me, so the saleslady found a private dressing room elsewhere in the store and brought me a number of selections, commenting on each.
The only negatives I have ever experienced were shopping alone before I was comfortable wandering through lingerie or entering the women’s dressing areas (often not allowed unless one is presenting en femme.) I was nervous and did not want to admit I was shopping for myself, although I suspect they guessed.
Never have I had a negative experience with a saleslady, although I tried to help a friend try on bras at Belks once and the accomodating saleslady was reamed out by her boss for not taking my friend to the men’s fitting room. Stores like Macy’s, Dillards, Victoria Secret, Lane Bryant, Soma, and others train their salesclerks to be understanding and helpful. On an occasion when I was selecting a butt pad at Dillards the salesclerk escorted me to a dressing room, found the man who wholesaled the line product for Dillard’s and had him offer suggestions. Mac frequently does makeovers for crossdressers, and most other stores are more than willing to help check colors or apply makeup. Early on I went to Goodwill and took items home before trying them on… entirely unnecessary and a waste of time. I DO recommend shopping en femme… much more enjoyable, and less likely to cause offense to anyone… but a man dressed en drab is welcome to most sales clerks, who are generally happy to do makeovers, give bra fittings assist in trying on gowns, or offer any other desired advice. Being waited on by women when dressed as a woman shopping for women’s clothes is a true delight AND provides useful help on building a good wardrobe. It should be on everyone’s bucket list.

I was out 59 at the time but was boy until I got home. I bought from city trends a lot I was picking some panties and a sales lady came over to say another customer was bothered. I’m in steel toe boots dirty jeans tee shirt 100 degrees garage tear down was clean from elbows down. I said if I’m wearing them I want the right size. She almost had a stroke and went on break. Was at home when it hit how funny it was. I find most sale people are helpful . Love sisters❤️

I love to go shopping at Christmas and my wife’s birthday… it gives me an opportunity to buy for Leonara and my wife…. Albeit Kathy is an 8 petite and I am a misses 10… once in awhile the salesperson

Welcome to CDH.
Since you’re in New Zealand many chain stores here in the US might not be available to you. You can shop your local botiques and charity shops. You’ll find most are supportive and the associates very helpful with sizing and suggestions. You might be anxious but your funds help pay the bills. And if you try items on for fit you won’t need to return them.

Hi and welcome! I shop both online and at the local shops. When I returned to crossdressing after a lengty absence it took me a while to get up the courage to venture out. But once I did, I realized how much fun it was to go out and shop. If a sales clerk even notices they dont seem to care (I suspect they are more interested in making the sale)! Of course, the advantage to visiting the shops is you can try on clothes and see what looks good on you. I am going to be interested in seeing how you progress in your journey. Hugs, Paulette

Shein.com is a good place to shop. All the girls 👧 on the site are at different stages so you will fit right in. I have been full time since I was 9 till now at 62 and I have been enjoying it. Check the site out and we can get with each other in chat room

Walmart…. Self checkout lets you buy whatever you want with no one to see.
The best place to shop is Amazon. You can choose a designated drop/pick up place near you. Packages go there. You don’t even have to receive them at home. Returns are very easy too if it doesn’t fit or you don’t like it.Good luck
