Most feminine hair treatments?

For those of us with our own long hair, and of those we girls who embrace the salon experience, I have my two favorite feminizing treatments. Both are super femme and temporary.

#1 – A chic updo. The very first time I got an updo I went to a local hairdressing school enfemme and ended up as the model for a class on bridal updos. Nothing beats having curl upon curl and wave upon wave piled up on top! I had so many bobby pins up there I would have set off a metal detector! I looked amazing and felt so femme with a style that men never get.

If you ask a stylist for something “really special” you may get some really special treatment. Of the ten or so updos I had I really got the impression that stylists enjoy this kind of treatment.

#2 – Braids, braids, braids.  There is something amazing about how having even a simple french braid done. I think the tightness really appeals to me.  Again, some stylists take great pride in doing french plaits, cornrows, twists and on and on.
