Does any girl know of a good resource for false nails in the UK?

I’m sooo disappointed with my new set, I ordered a set from Etsy online, I chose my colour and emailed the seller my widths of my nails 1-4 and my thumb.

I received them in the post today and to my disappointment their too narrow 😔 I showed them to my wife and she said she would wear them😊 which I’m pleased about but I’m still disappointed.

So if anyone knows of a reliable online store then please let me know.

I have never really found any that match the width of my thumb correctly. So I gave up and now just go to the nail salon and get them done. I had them done yesterday using light pink dip powder with a French tip. Good luck with your search.

Static Nails claims to fit everyone – even drag queens.  They’re the only brand that perfectly fits my largish thumb.  I also like Kiss Impress.  Although their thumbs are slightly small.  I’m not sure either brand has a UK site.   You may have to pay for international shipping.  Hope this helps.

If I use false nails, I use the Kiss brand. Easy to use…

I had some bad luck on Etsy too… no refunds, too narrow…

Hi thanks for your reply, are there any particular nails within the kiss range? I’ve been on Amazon and there is a lot of kiss nails but it doesn’t give any sizing in the descriptions

I’ve only used Kiss Impress.  Every kit has 10 sizes, 0-9, with 0 the biggest and 9 the smallest.  I like them because they’re super easy to put on and look great.  Properly applied and gently worn, they’ll last about a week.  Even some celebs wear them.

I bought the “Wider Fit” Acrylic natural nails with 7 day wear.

The codes on the package are 86584/SNW01.

You can wear them natural or you can apply polish to them…

Myself I don’t bother with nails on either fingers or toes; too much waste of time and effort in applying polish and removing them when coming home . It’s a pain in the ass ( Arse for our U.K folks)😉

I’ve also used Kiss nails.  They have enough width to cover well on all the fingers but my thumb.  But you can get by with the biggest ones and only have a sliver of a nail showing past the fake one.  Good luck, they are a lot of fun to have.
