This is the first dress I bought and owned as Kim, it’s really a basic shirt dress, nothing all that special at all…but it will always remember the excitement of starting my very own wardrobe and this dress will always bring me a little smile.

Have been dressing in some capacity or other since my early teens. Married with kids. Underdress every day, largely in the closet but have ventured out en femme and would love to get out more. Always waiting for the next chance to get my ‘Kim’ on, there’s a certain joy and happiness in seeing the transformation followed by pure contentment.

Thanks Mona! The dress…I have many nicer ones, it will never be first choice out of the wardrobe but it will always be special! And I’m always glad to go back to it

It’s a great dress. There’s something special about the “first” outfit. Many of us have tried things on that belonged to someone else, but the first time you buy your own thing is definitely special.

Exactly that Sarah! I’m glad I don’t have to hide my things otherwise this dress may have not stayed with me
