One more from NYE

This was a great night for me to get out again! And a brief explanation why. On September 28th hurricane Ian made landfall in SW Florida. I lived on one of the barrier islands close to Ft Myers, the island was cut off to the mainland for 3 weeks except for boat travel. To make a long story short I lost everything to the storm surge. I have purged in the past like many of us but this was totally different mentally. I questioned if I wanted to ever dress again, if I wanted to go thru building my wardrobe again. Fortunately my feelings could not be broken by Ian! It has taken me 3 months to get to this, i did put together a Halloween costume but it was not the same as putting together a total outfit to wear out to a club on NYE. Happy New Year to all my sisters here on CDH!
